Lead Nutrition Coach & Founder
Miriam holds a degree in Sports Nutrition and has spent over a decade working with endurance athletes, cyclists, and runners across central Europe. Her coaching philosophy centers on practical, sustainable nutrition strategies that enhance performance without requiring extreme dietary restrictions. Miriam specializes in fueling strategies for long-distance events and recovery optimization.
David Kučera
Performance & Strength Coach
David brings expertise in nutrition for strength athletes and team sports, having worked with football clubs and CrossFit competitors throughout the Czech Republic. His evidence-based approach to macronutrient distribution and supplementation has helped numerous athletes improve body composition while maintaining strength gains. David is passionate about demystifying nutrition science for the everyday athlete.
Klára Svobodová
Content & Education Specialist
Klára is responsible for developing our educational content, research articles, and coaching resources. Tomáš Moravec
Recovery & Hydration Specialist
Tomáš specializes in recovery protocols, hydration strategies, and micronutrient management for athletes of all levels. His coaching has helped team athletes and individual competitors optimize their between-session recovery through targeted nutrition interventions.
